Thermaltake Readies Suppressor F1 Cubical Mini-ITX Case

Thermaltake is ready with its latest entry to the Suppressor line of low-noise cases, the Suppressor F1. This cubical mini-ITX case serves up enough room for a mini-ITX board with a conventional-size tower-type CPU cooler, and a full-height graphics card with its length in the neighborhood of 29 cm. It also holds a conventional PS/2-ATX power supply. The Suppressor F1 begins with a pedestal motherboard tray that holds a mini-ITX board and a dual-slot graphics card, and CPU coolers as tall as 160 mm, the bottom half holds the PSU bay, with room for 200 mm long PSUs and some clearance for your inedible spaghetti. The top panel features a clear acylic window.

There are no 5.25-inch drive bays, there are two 3.5-inch/2.5-inch bays along the right panel, and two additional 2.5-inch ones behind them, projecting perpendicular to the plane of the motherboard. Ventilation includes a large 200 mm front intake, and two 80 mm rear exhausts. The front 200 mm intake can hold on to 140 mm x 140 mm radiators. Measuring 260 mm x 276 mm x 319 mm (WxDxH), the case weighs 3.2 kg; and is made of steel. Thermaltake is expected to launch it later this week.
