Світові ціни на оперативну пам'ять DDR3 і DDR4 продовжують падати Підвищення контрактних цін на оперативну пам'ять у другому кварталі 2015 року викликало радість серед виробників, які мирилися із тривалим періодом спаду. Але свято на їхній вулиці тривало недовго. Уже в третьому кварталі тренд знову змінився на спадний. Наприклад, середня контрактна вартість модуля 4 ГБ DDR3 SO-DIMM у другій половині вересня опустилася до $18,5 (падіння на 2,63% у порівнянні із серпнем), а ціна планки 4 ГБ DDR4 SO-DIMM упала до $20 (зниження на 4,76% у порівнянні з попереднім місяцем). На початку липня ціна модуля 4 ГБ DDR3 SO-DIMM становила $24,5, а в травні – понад $27.
